How long does the product last after opening?

Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 1–2 months.

After opening, reseal tightly and store in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.

Where do you ship from?

Orders within the EU are shipped from our Barcelona, Spain hub.
We also ship to other regions upon request.

How much is the shipping cost?

For domestic orders within Spain, shipping is free for purchases over €40 (excluding tax).
For orders under €40, a flat shipping fee of €10 applies.
For international orders (outside Spain), a flat rate of €15 shipping fee is charged.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
If an item is out of stock or made to order, we’ll notify you by email with details.

How are customs duties and VAT handled?

Prices shown include VAT for EU customers.
For non-EU destinations, import duties or local taxes may apply upon delivery.

What is your return policy?

Returns or refunds are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than product defects.
